Cathy and I had a great day yesterday. We spent the day visiting some couples in our church. We really enjoyed ourselves. First A/G is made up of some of the best people on earth. We were given such hospitality and kindness. It was one of those days that you are thankful to be pastors at First.
This Sunday I am preaching on "The Ministry of the Holy Spirit." We will learn how the Holy Spirit helps us in everyday life. I think it is going to be a great day. At the altar time we are going to give people an opportunity to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit or to receive a fresh filling of the Spirit. If you do not know what that means, come to the service and check it out.
