I have been working on something in my personal devotionals. Psalm 119 uses the word principles several times. The Psalmist says teach me your principles. I have been making a list of "life principles." Biblical principles that I want to live my life by. It is an unfinished product. So far I have written 31 of them. The list may grow or shrink as I work on it. For the next several days I want to share some with you. My first life principle is this: "Knowing God is my highest calling." There is nothing more important in life than to know and experience God. If I only do one thing in a day it has to be to know God more. Knowing God is the key to everything else: my marriage, kids, money, etc.
I will continue sharing my life principles when we get back from the youth convention (remember to pray for us). In the mean time begin thinking and writing your own. What Biblical principles are you living by.
