I thought we had a great service today. I believe people received healing and deliverance in the service. I began a new message series to day entitled. "Pentecost." I had not planned on teaching this series and to be honest it is not developed yet but God is leading me to teach on what does it mean to be pentecostal. Most people know we are a pentecostal church but I am afraid that not too many know what than means. So for the next few weeks we will focus on what does it mean to be Pentecostal. I hope that it informs and inspires.
I believe one of the biggest mistakes the American church has made is to move away from the ministry of the Holy Spirit and towards programs and methods. I believe in a church having ministries but they must be fueled by the Holy Spirit. I also believe God want to transform our community. I want us to continue in the flow of the Holy Spirit. Please pray with me that God leads and guides us into His presence.
