I always look forward to our tent revival but I think even more so this year. I am really ready to spend a week and focus on nothing but meeting with God! When Cathy and I went to Springfield last week we visited the Flower Museum. It is a museum about early Pentecost and the formation of the Assemblies of God. When you looked at the early pictures you saw a lot of pictures of tents. Tent revivals are a part of our A/G heritage. Most of those revivals focused on salvation and healing. This is exactly what we will focus on next week. I believe people will be saved and the sick will be healed. It is good to remember your heritage. The A/G began because God poured out His Spirit. People began to get saved. Healing became a part of the gospel and the church again. Next week come to the revival and believe for the miraculous.
